This policy explains what information Grip Mobile Tire ("Grip Mobile Tire," "we," "us," or "our") collects through gripmobiletire.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you submit our request-service form, call, text, or email us, you may provide: your name, phone number, email address, service address or area, vehicle details, and any message you include. We use this only to respond to you and to schedule and perform the service you've requested.

Like most websites, our Site and the third-party tools embedded in it (see Section 3) may automatically collect some technical information when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and pages viewed — typically through cookies or similar technology. We do not currently run analytics or advertising tracking on this Site, but we may add tools such as Google Analytics in the future to understand how visitors use the Site. If we do, this section will describe what's collected without requiring a rewrite of this policy, and any such tool will be subject to that provider's own privacy practices.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiries and service requests;
• Schedule, confirm, and carry out mobile tire and brake service, including sending status updates about an appointment;
• Send occasional appointment reminders and seasonal promotions or offers, where you haven't opted out (see Section 4);
• Maintain our business records, including invoices and service history;
• Improve and maintain the Site and troubleshoot technical issues;
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't use it for purposes unrelated to running our business and communicating with you.

Cookies are small text files a website can place on your device. This Site currently uses only the cookies, if any, that come from the embedded Google Maps widget on a few pages. 4. Text Message & Email Communications

If you provide your phone number or email when requesting service, we may contact you by call, text (SMS), or email about that specific request — for example, to confirm an appointment or provide a status update. Message and data rates may apply to text messages, and frequency varies based on your appointments.

From time to time, we may also send occasional service reminders or promotional offers by text or email. We will only do this with your consent, and you can opt out at any time:

• Text messages: reply STOP to any text from us to be removed from text communications, or contact us using the details in Section 12.
• Email: use the unsubscribe link included in any marketing email, or contact us directly.

Opting out of promotional messages won't affect service-related communications tied to an appointment you've already booked.

5. How We Share Information

We don't sell or rent your personal information. We may share it in limited circumstances:

• Service providers: vendors who help us operate the business, such as our form-submission provider (Formspree), scheduling or invoicing tools, and website hosting — solely to help us provide our services to you.
• Financing partner: if you choose to apply for financing through the link on our Financing page, you'll be taken to Snap Finance's own application, and the information you submit there is collected and handled directly by Snap Finance under its own privacy policy — we don't receive your financing application details unless you separately tell us.
• Legal reasons: if required to comply with a law, regulation, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Grip Mobile Tire or others.
• Business transfers: if Grip Mobile Tire is ever involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, customer information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

6. Third-Party Services Linked From This Site

A few pages on this Site embed or link to services operated by other companies, each governed by their own privacy policy, not ours:

• Google Fonts — used to display the Site's typography; your browser may connect to Google's servers to load font files.
• Google Maps — embedded on several pages to show our service area and location.
• Snap Finance — linked from our Financing page for customers who want to apply for lease-to-own financing.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, but no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure. We can't guarantee absolute security of information you provide through the Site.

We keep information you provide for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, perform any service you've booked, maintain business and tax records, and comply with legal obligations. If you'd like us to delete information we hold about you, contact us and we'll do so unless we're required to retain it for legal or legitimate business record-keeping purposes.

• Ask us what personal information we have on file for you;
• Ask us to correct or update that information;
• Ask us to delete it, subject to the retention limits described above;
• Opt out of promotional texts or emails at any time (Section 4).

To make any of these requests, contact us using the details in Section 12. Depending on where you live, you may also have additional rights under state privacy laws; we'll honor applicable legal requirements for any such request.

10. Children's Privacy

This Site is intended for adults seeking vehicle service and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

11. Changes To This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time — for example, if we add new tools like analytics, or change how we communicate with customers. We'll update the effective date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
